Triple H is now running WWE Creative and Max Dupri’s plans have fans excited.
Over the past few weeks, Dupri has been teasing about shedding his character and reverting to his old main roster gimmick.
In an update that has been music to the ears of fans of the former NXT star, it appears that LA Knight may be returning after a while.
Is LA Knight returning to WWE?
For context, Max Dupri debuted on WWE’s main roster in April 2022 after WrestleMania 38, shortly after being announced as the leader of the ‘Maximum Male Models’.
While the wacky character won some fans, others called for Vince McMahon to return Dupri to his old ‘LA Night’ gimmick, believing it would be more successful.
Over the past few weeks, Dupri has teased a return to his LA Knight role, and new reports say that could be happening soon.
PWInsider WWE’s internal roster reports that the 39-year-old is already listed as ‘LA Knight’, suggesting a role change is upon us.
PWInsider.com has confirmed that, as some of you may have suspected, he will indeed be returning as LA Night ASAP. Internally, they are already listed on the company’s internal roster. So, he goes back to his old NXT gimmick.
Another interesting update is that the same report notes that Maxine Dupri will continue as the group’s Max Male Models as the new lead.
