Ian McShane has booked a return visit to the Continental Hotel.
The actor is all set to star opposite Ana de Armas as a dancerLionsgate’s feature is set in the universe John Wick Action movies.
McShane reprises his role as Winston, manager of the Continental, a fan-favorite hotel with its own set of rules and consequences for breaking them.
Production began Monday with Len Wiseman in the director’s chair and Shay Hatton at the keyboard. Plot details involve a young woman with killer skills who uses said skills to seek revenge when her family is killed by hitmen.
Basil Ivanic, Erica Lee and Vic Director Chad Stahelski is producing.
Brady Fujikawa and Chelsea Kuzawa are overseeing the project for Lionsgate.
McShane has been a steady hand in a team led by Keanu Reaves Vic The films bring a steely calm amidst the whirlwind of bullets and fists. The actor is also reprising Winston John Wick: Chapter 4It will release in theaters worldwide on March 23, 2023.
McShane most recently appeared in the Starz Neil Gaiman series as Mr. Wednesday American Gods, on which he also served as an executive producer. He recently voiced a character in a Netflix animated film My father’s dragon.
