Fans are seriously torn as ‘incredible’ Raw star’s name change

Mia Yim officially changed her name to “Michin” on last night’s episode of WWE Monday Night Raw.

Yim returned to WWE earlier this month, officially teaming up with The OC on the November 7 episode of Raw.

However, her spell as ‘Mia Yim’ is now over, as two weeks after her return, Triple H changed the former NXT star’s name.

What is Mia Yim’s new name?

On last week’s episode of Raw, Yim was given the nickname “Michin,” which translates to “crazy” in Korean.

That’s more than just a nickname,”Unbelievable” Yim was officially renamed, WWE.com’s roster page was updated to reflect that.

The reaction to Yim’s name change is particularly interesting, as fans are really quite divided in their feelings on the matter.

Latest news about Michin

Michin is set to be part of a Women’s Wargames match at Survivor Series on Saturday night, joining Bianca Bellaire, Asuka, Alexa Bliss and one more unannounced partner.

According to this a fightMichin will be partnered by Becky Lynch, with ‘The Man’ now cleared to return to the ring after being sidelined with a shoulder injury since July.

The five women will face Rhea Ripley, who was brought to WWE to feud with Michin, along with Nikki Cross, Bayley, Dakota Kai and IYO Skye.

Beyond that, a singles match between Michin and Rhea is likely to take place in the coming weeks as part of The OC’s ongoing feud with Judgment Day.

Aside from Michin and Rhea’s involvement at Wargames, that storyline will feature heavily at Survivor Series, with AJ Styles and Finn Balor also sharing the ring for a singles match.

The show will also see a men’s wargames match, with The Bloodline taking on Kevin Owens, Drew McIntyre, Sheamus, Butch and Ridge Holland.
